'Keep America Working' - Print, Digital and Social

 2009 was a very tough year. The recession hit with a vengeance, and unemployment climbed to its highest in America since the Great Depression of the 1920s. So how do you keep the world’s largest online recruiting website relevant with so many people looking for jobs and so many employers in lay off or hiring freeze mode?Let’s all band together to Keep America Working.

We helped put together the Keep America Working program – with its crowning jewel being America’s biggest job fair, visiting over 120 cities across the U.S. Through a dedicated Web site, online Resource Center, Twitter, Facebook and a multi-touch CRM program that provided tools and advice on recession topics affecting them right now – such as how to take advantage of the stimulus package,recruiting trends and insights, and workforce management resources – we delivered valuable guidance to employers and provided hope and encouragement to job seekers. We saw a 2% increase in sales that year (which even we couldn’t believe!), and we helped America weather the storm.
